The budding star has firmly denied that her derriere has been artificially altered.

In addition, she insists her pictures have not been Photoshopped. By day Kathy works as a distributor for a skin cosmetics firm but, by night, she can be found partying and socializing around Miami’s most fashionable spots. PR Guru John Chant said:
