Bayern Munich Should Sign Chelsea’s Eden Hazard Not Kevin De Bruyne- Franck Ribery

German Weekly sports magazine Sport Bild claimed that Bayern Munich were planning on making a bid for Vfl Wolfsburg assist God Kevin de Bruyne, as a replacement for ageing duo Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben.

Ribery, however, has dismissed the rumours, and believes that his club should aim higher, and try and sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard, instead.

The 31-year-old said that de Bruyne still has much to learn before he can warrant a big-money move to the Bundesliga giants, saying, “He’s a super player, but when I see him I note that he’s different to Arjen and me,” as quoted by ESPN.

“He’s not a player who takes the ball and starts dribbling, and likes to have the opponent in front of him. De Bruyne’s super when he has the space on the counter attack, but at Bayern you usually only have three, four metres — no huge spaces. But he is a good player, and he is still young. He can still learn.”

The France international, nonetheless, revealed his admiration for Blues winger Hazard, but admitted he would be costly, “He attacks all of the time. He loves to run at his opponent.

He jokingly added: “But he plays at Chelsea. This could be very expensive for Bayern.”
