Leave Liverpool: Rodgers Tells Balotelli

Mario Balotelli

Mario Balotelli has been told to leave Liverpool football club if he wants to play first team football as there is no place for him in the squad if his current run of form continues.

Brendan Rodger’s side would take on AFC Bournemouth in a premier league clash and Balotelli is once again left out from Rodgers’ side. as the Italian is not even on the bench.

Balotelli has fallen way off the pecking order at Liverpool following the arrival of Danny Ings and Christian Benteke in the summer and the former Swansea manager told reporters that Mario Balotelli’s situation would remain the same and he has to leave Anfield to get some playing time.
He [Balotelli] clearly knows his situation and where he’s at. There’s nothing to add. All of the players understand where they’re at. Rodgers told reporters. “If the manager and the club give a player a situation, if they really want to play, I’m sure they’ll find a solution. If they don’t, then at least they know where they stand.”
Rodgers is looking to play a consistent side this season and Balotelli is clearly not part of his plans.
Rumors have it that Balotelli is waiting on a loyalty package from Liverpool before he leaves the club as his contract contains a clause which would see him earn a handsome reward at the end of every season.
